Meet the project
Our mission is to spearhead the transition to a sustainable agriculture by offering a micro-credential educational platform where you can earn a certification within each individual regenerative technique.
Launching in December 2026, this platform will empower you to expand your knowledge, bolster your expertise, and secure EU validated certifications directly connected to your name in sustainable and regenerative farming practices.
These certifications will encompass agricultural techniques and farm management, ultimately supporting our journey towards a more sustainable and regenerative future.
Our vision
In response to the growing global population and mounting demands on the food industry, it is imperative that we evolve our farming methods to ensure sustainable food production for local communities while maintaining stable living standards. Your voice and concerns as part of of the farming community are vital in navigating this transformation. By actively engaging with the agricultural sector and offering you the support and backing you need, we can collaboratively drive the shift towards a more sustainable and resilient agricultural landscape.
Our transformation plan
Here at TERRA, our platform and strong network exist to help the farming community feel supported, respected, and connected to other farmers. You can get certified in the Sustainable Agricultural Technique you choose, no matter your farming background. Plus, we offer courses in both farming and business management to help you become financially sustainable, grow your operations, or achieve new goals. By completing all the courses and earning the micro-credentials, you’ll receive a Regenerative Agriculture (RA) omega certification validated by the EU and backed by EFCoCERT.

Terra Consortium
The TERRA consortium is a collaboration between 10 partners from various sectors, including research centers, universities, training centers, regenerative and organic farms, farming unions, and a certifying body.
These partners are spread across five European countries, working together to drive the transition towards more Sustainable Agricultural Techniques. You can learn more about each partner and their specific roles within the consortium.

What are
micro-credentials?
A micro-credential is like a mini-certificate that shows the skills and knowledge you’ve gained from a short learning experience. These are already used in many fields and professions, and the European Commission wants to make them even more common and recognized across borders.
Micro-credentials can help you quickly learn new skills or update your knowledge to meet changing needs in society and the job market.
Anyone can benefit from micro-credentials, regardless of age, job status, or education level. They’re a great way to support you in adapting to new job requirements and staying relevant in the ever-changing world of work.
